Center for medical biotechnology development
The medicine of tomorrow is a personalized medicine based on biological therapy, developed with the use of gene therapy or tissue engineering. Already today, advanced therapies provide many patients with personalized treatments.

Innovative advanced therapy medicinal products, using biological material are already becoming an integral part of modern medicine.
Tissues and cells with unique regenerative properties are used in the treatment of diseases for which traditional medicine has not found effective therapeutic solutions. Advanced therapy medicinal products have been successfully implemented into the practice in number of metabolic, hematological, immunological, oncological and ophthalmic therapies. Regenerative potential of tissues, cells and cell vesicles (exosomes) that they secrete, are being used in hundreds of clinical trials in order to develop new drugs.
